RS, I heard a report that said she had to initially report to Orange County, then can request to be transferred to anywhere she wants. And, that the place in Orange county would be undisclosed, for security purposes. We sure wouldn’t want anything to happen to the little princess, would we.

Well I’m going to weigh in here & throw my 2 cents worth in – - Snot Ho Slut Bitch can serve her probation where ever in Florida she might “claim” her county of residence – BUT – she is required by law to report to the County Probation Office where the offense occurred – Orange County – then she can request that her probation be transferred to another county in the state. That request has to be approved by the DOC where her offense occurred.

Further to that – if she request to serve her probation outside of Florida – that not only has to be approved by Orange County DOC but also by the state DOC where she wants to serve probation – where ever she might serve it – she’ll be in violation of probation before she can turn around good!

this probation is a huge leap in justice….the bar hearings/sanctions against the whole defense team would be the icing on the cake…and like I said a couple of weeks ago I do not want to hear some POS juror say we made a mistake….just does not wash… just tell the real story of how you all were corrupted ….the truth is the first step in gaining forgiveness

Casey Anthony has reported to the Florida Department of Corrections, beginning a one-year probation term stemming from her check-fraud convictions.
In a statement, corrections officials said that Anthony reported for probation Wednesday evening. No other details were immediately announced.

Casey Anthony reported for probation in Florida Wednesday, according to her lead defense counsel Jose Baez.
Anthony will serve probation “somewhere in the state of Florida,” though the exact location of her probation office is being kept secret over concerns for her safety.
“She reported,” Attorney Jose Baez told Fox News. “She told the officer she understands the conditions of her probation and she was told the date for her next appearance.”
Judge Belvin Perry ruled earlier in August that Anthony had until Aug. 26 to return to Florida to serve 12 months’ probation for a check-fraud conviction, upholding a sentence by Judge Stan Strickland.
By the conditions of her probation, Anthony can not drink in excess, break any laws, and must report periodically at a time determined by law and the officer. She is also forbidden from leaving the jurisdiction without specific written permission.
Due to security concerns, Anthony has been granted a waiver stating she will not have to obtain employment. Instead, she must attend school, which “will be online,” according to Baez.
The 25-year-old pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder charge in a trial that made headlines globally, claiming a babysitter kidnapped her toddler. After she was acquitted, she was released from jail and dropped from public sight.

There is speculation Casey Anthony may be hiding out at her defense attorney’s spiritual center in Central Florida, details below:
There is a center know as Vision Farms Retreat and Meditation Center in McIntosh, FL. This is located in Central Florida near Ocala. The center is owned by Dorothy Clay Sims (news link for company info), which is one of Casey Anthony’s defense attorney’s. Sim’s lives about 20 miles away from the center.
As Jose Baez has stated, Casey is in Florida and has been receiving “spiritual” guidance. It would make sense that she would go to her own attorney’s center for help!

How sad that the wonderful USA can have such different sets of LAWS and RULES for the criminals! I don’t care if she was found innocent… we all know that there was more than enough proof that she IS GUILTY of MURDER… and so do the jurors! If they would have only paid attention during the trial. casey snot ho will always seem to spew her manipulation and evil control over others as long as she lives and she gets away with it. Our US laws need to be held for all of us to follow! And the Federal level needs to take this case and retry it! The sooner the better.

“He says he doesn’t want to go through with the book,” the source said. “There were serious talks for four or five weeks.”
The book’s focus was to be the interaction that Lazzaro and his roommates had with Anthony around the 31-day period after Caylee went missing.
Anthony was acquitted last month of first-degree murder in the death of Caylee, her 2-year-old daughter. Anthony’s defense team said the toddler drowned in 2008.
Another source had said that Lazzaro hoped that Pulitzer Prize winner Jane Healy, formerly a top manager at the Orlando Sentinel, would write the book.
But that’s one Casey Anthony story that won’t be told.

This is off topic – but – our special local friend HATTIE – moved from the Orlando area yesterday – she first thought she was being “run out of town by Hurricane Irene” – turns out she just wanted to be closer to her family – - her nephew came to help remove her from Orlando!
I spoke with her yesterday – she had not yet left town but was “detached” from the civil world of blogdom – - I pray she had safe journey to her new location.

Prosecutor Jeff Ashton Writes Book About Casey Anthony Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — WFTV has confirmed with former prosecutor Jeff Ashton that he is writing a book about the Casey Anthony case.
Ashton was reached by phone on Sunday and told WFTV the book, titled ‘Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony’, is expected to be published in November.
Listings to pre-order the book are already popping up on Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites.
Barnes & Noble’s website says the book will be available on November 28th and is a 256-page hardcover.

TTM and the only way to attend college with online courses, one must have graduated high school or gotten a GED, which she has neither of. The GED does not cost anything…but the college classes online will.
She also has to come up with $20 a month to pay for probation.

And here i thought she/they had just given up and reported at 6 PM after hours, well here is why she waited till last minute to see what the appeal of appeal would result in. ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Casey Anthony will go under oath in her civil case and her testimony will be recorded on video, WFTV was told on Thursday. Casey will be deposed in October from a secret location and the video will be sealed.
The 25-year-old has remained hidden since a jury acquitted her of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony.
The civil case against Casey has been tentatively set for next April or May. Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Casey because Casey originally claimed a woman by the same name was the fake babysitter who took her daughter Caylee.
No one but Casey and her lawyers will know where she is and her lawyers said Gonzalez and her attorneys are not going to get any answers from Casey because she’s going to plead the Fifth Amendment right to silence.
“There will be no live broadcast of the deposition,” said Judge Lisa Munyon.

I watched this morning’s hearing about what Smoke described above…how boring, with another Judge who doesn’t seem to give a damn. She set the civil trial date tentatively for April 9, 2012.
They will hide all of Casey’s money, one reporter stating, if Casey does sign a book deal, movie etc., that Baez will want the money for defending her.

Think the Orlando Sentinel made an error. It should read that Kronk’s suing the Enquirer for $15, 000 not 15 million.
Well wouldn’t all those costs not have been incurred by everyone if Baez and team told the everyone that Caylee was NOT missing but drowned right away according to his opening remarks? Supposedly he knew right from the beginning. I think the Defense should be fined for withholding information including the holding of the probation info they knew was in error also.

A child killer walked free, not just any child killer, this one killed her OWN child and lied her ass off, taking resources from other crime victims.
If the defense had been, yes someone killed this child but it wasn’t the defendant , the State wouldn’t be able to bring this suit.

Jesse Grund impressed me from day one. I still get chills when I recall his heartfelt discussion about how much he loved Caylee and was ready to be baby-daddy even though she wasn’t his biological child. What pissed tot-killer off was that he actually loved Caylee more than he loved her. While most of us would see this as an attribute in this situation, it only made the tot-killer more jealous. Lucky for Jesse he got out of the whole mess. I would buy his book and I hope he makes a bundle if for no other reason than to piss off the duhfense team.

I cease to be amazed at the audacity of Cindy & George – - scandalous low life blood sucking scum /scam artist of the earth people that they are – T2M – I so very much agree with you – sad but true – [breaks my heart to say it] – the best thing that ever happened to them – is that precious little Caylee is no longer in their lives and they can live high on the hog as a result!

Gee, Dr. Phil sure made the rounds today. Appeared on the Today Show, The View, Joy Behar, JVM had crap about him and so did all the local stations in Orlando. I’m sure there are more..but didn’t see them all. On The View…Dr. PILL said that besides Tues and Wed’s shows, next Monday he will have a wrap up discussing the trial with the A’holes. He admitted he still is not sure what really happened to Caylee and that Casey is a product of her parent’s upbringing or some crap like that.

I don’t have tv, so sometimes on my day off I catch HLN live stream online, and …. today, just happened to catch part of the Dr Phil interview… and saw some of the clips all over the internet before that, of course. Have I ever mentioned how MUCH I despise spindy? Well perhaps, but let me elaborate. That woman is one of the lowest sneaky, sly, manipulative, lying, passive/aggressive, narcissistic, arrogant,nasty, hateful people I have ever had the misfortune of hearing/reading/knowing about. Downright evil, imo, and you can see it in her damn sly supercilious grin and hateful shining eyes at times. At least I can. Wish I had some of those pics of her to link… She has gotten better at biting her tongue and being less agressive about her responses to questions, but she still has to have it her way. You all know, or at least might remember, that I have always thought that snot left in a rage the night of Father’s Day, after the “big fight” and killed Caylee in a rage over spindy. Or she killed her the next afternoon after trying to call spindy repeatedly to get her to babysit that night so she could go to TonE’s and getting no reply. At this point in time I have to say I could consider that it was some kind of accident, and snot’s phone calls to spindy might have been simply because you don’t call or tell anyone but momma spin about anything before you tell her. The one thing out jose’s opening diatribe that might ring true was the “your mother will never forgive you” part. Either way, spindy knows that Caylee would be alive if she herself hadn’t done/said what she did, or answered those calls or whatever. And she will NEVER EVER admit that. Also, I keep hearing JB on the radio saying Geo is wrong in saying Caylee was drugged so snot could go party. JB says Caylee died on Momday afternoon, no parties on Monday afternoons in Orlando.

Hi to you all. I’ve had a couple days off, so rested up and ready to post! LOL. Bet you can’t wait. Anyway, I don’t think spin nor Geo knew what happened to Caylee on the day of the 911.And no, I don’t think she accidently drowned. I think they suspected. Geo knew right after that day. Spin did but would never accept it. And immediately started, well, spinning. And making Geo spin, and Lee spin and everyone she came into contact with spin. She is still spinning. And probably always will. Geo has been as truthful *in the Dr. Phil interviews* as he can be, and not send spin over into the abyss. And she is teetering on the edge. IMO. Or pehaps just still being the passive/agressive bitch that she is.*As in did she know what the defense was up too, hell yeah* Whatever. But Geo knows the truth, and you can tell it. And he’s over snotmom. Which is only right. I give him some credit for whatever I just said, lol. I think he is just keeping spin from slipping into total raving madness because he does love her, or owe her, or whatever. But spin is in a real bad place, almost worse then she was, and he is protecting her, or he is totally going along with her in yet another scam for the money. From what I’ve seen I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. The way he looks at her when she says “but” and other things. Total contempt and disbelief that she still can’t see/admit the truth. But he is sticking by her, for now. That takes a bit of courage. I’d run like little red riding hood with the wolf at my heels. Probably. Maybe not, that’s why I’m defending him. Nah, I’d be gone. I’m over being tooooo nice. Bottom line is, I think Geo has come to terms with his heart, I don’t think spin has, and possibly never will.
Either way snot is holed up somewhere and can’t even show her face. That’s what being a good liar gets ya, huh. OH, and she owes even more money then I do!

In a psychologic stand off between the two, I think spin would/has won. Hi to you Sir, and, I will try to answer your question the best I can, at this point in time, keeping in mind lots of this stuff happened a long time ago, and my memory isn’t what it used to be. Dang it all. First, “knowing” as in knowing in your heart, or “knowing” having actual knowledge, facts, etc. I think they both “knew” in their hearts that snot was responsible in some way for Caylee’s “absence” Jul 15/16. I think they realized Caylee was probably dead in the same frame.. I think Geo might have put 2+2 together then, in his heart. spin starting spinning denial. She couldn’t face that fact, probably for good self preservation reasons. As in she felt more quilty/complicent then Geo, for whatever reasons.

As for the second kind of “knowledge” facts, etc. I think spin knew for sure about the time of that interview in, I believe it was Nov, she’s sitting on that couch barely able to sit up, and Geo actually does most of the talking, she was devastated, and it wasn’t acting, I won’t go into the testimony on the stand crap. Although I did buy it for a minute or two. Well, maybe an hour. Anyway, it was a different kind of devastation. That time frame, I believe coincides conveniently with dom casey’s forays into the woods. How the information, or who had it, and told dom/spin about where Caylee’s remains were I won’t venture to guess. But she *spindy* KNEW then.

Well, she probably had known for awhile, but that’s the first time I can say I looked at her, and knew she knew. At that point in time, Geo may have known *factually* if you will, but I somehow don’t think spin, dom and bozo were sharing much with Geo. So although I think Geo knew in “his heart” all along, IMO, Geo really truely only “knew” exactly what happened to Caylee the day her little bones were found. Just my take on it. I’m really trying to let it go. It’s over. Que sera, sera. Peace.

justme, I know which interview your talking about, she was wasted! Stoned outta her mind. I believe that’s when the PI’s were snooping around the swamp, and The Count quit them. I saw Geo use his elbow to kinda wedge her into her chair, she nearly fell out of it.
I still say she knew the day she went to JB’s office, he had to help her get home, it was strange because snot left and Cindy went to talk to him, she had to be helped to the car and into her house. She was quiet for about a week after that, then came back an even bigger monster than before.

A San Francisco company was thwarted in its attempt to register the name of Casey Anthony as a trademark.
Anthony was acquitted of the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in July following a trial in Florida state court in Pinellas County.
Grant Media of San Francisco filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office July 10, five days after Anthony’s acquittal. According to the application, Grand Media had planned to use the mark for “entertainment in the nature of an on-going special variety, news, music or comedy show featuring namely broadcast over television, satellite, audio, and video media.”
In a letter sent Sept. 27, the patent office said the application was rejected because it may “falsely suggest a connection with Casey Anthony.” She is “not connected with the services sold by the application under the mark.”
People who were unhappy with the verdict have created t- shirt designs through CafePress Inc.’s print-on-demand service without apparent regard for the trademark status of Casey Anthony’s name. While none of the designs use her full name, many of them reference the trial or her daughter.
A search for the name “Casey” brings up one shirt printed with “Innocent? No way Jose” and another with “Dear Mom, Justice Awaits You, Love Caylee.” A third makes reference to the unpopular verdict, saying “Some village in Pinellas County is missing their 12 idiots,” and a fourth says simply “Casey did it.”
Mark Lippman, the Orlando, Florida-based attorney who represented Casey Anthony’s parents, filed an application in May to register “Caylee Anthony” as a trademark.
According to the patent office database, he was sent a letter Sept. 6 telling him he must submit a letter specifying that the name isn’t associated with a living individual. Caylee Anthony’s body was found in the woods near her home in December 2008, five months after she was reported missing.

Imagine it, you sane people in blog land, because this shit is just bouncing right off of her naive sense of self worth, imagine going through life clinging, every second, to anything, and god knows, f**king anything that will eve f**kn remotely acknowledge you. Imagine, feeling so worthless and helpless that when someone shows you an ounce of interest, you jump on it because you cannot fathom what true self respect or self worth is. Imagine, having a husband…seperating from him…finding a boyfriend that cares for you endlessly…leave the boyfriend to go back to the husband as you come to find out you’re carrying the boyfriend’s child…lie to the husband that the child is his and proceed to get a divorce and cut all ties…neglect the relationship with the boyfriend because you “didn’t know what to say to” him, and further sabotage it because you will only speak to him “now or never.” Neglect the relationship to the point of having an abortion without the boyfriend knowing any of this was even going on…then, travel to michigan to find the next husband to be…because, remember, anyone that will love you, must be worth it. Just throw it all away, for a different situation, not even a better one…enless better means less complex. Hahahaha. Are you serious? The perfect husband and son? The perfect family? Here’s some news for you ‘princess’, the perfect family suggests the sums of all the parts to indeed be perfect as well. HATTIE – I think what Doug is referring to is Mason’s sudden inability to be able to speak at Bethune Cookman in Daytona and had to be hospitalized – I’m sure he had the inside scoop on Ashton’s book coming out! There has not been another report on his “health” condition – to my knowledge. Except for what we all know – maybe he had to be hospitalized to have his “head pulled out of his ass!” so he could see the light of day – true and reality with respect to CAYLEE!

I can see Mason, knowing that Ashton’s book is coming out, stressing out over the questions he’d be facing. After all, it wasn’t some great legal wisdom of Mason’s that saved Casey, it was pure dumb luck. Ashton’s book already has Baez stammering about what Ashton has to say about him.
A possible near-death episode may be just the thing Mason needs to adjust that Holier than thou attitude of his.
I just hope that every time he wakes up in the hospital, that it’s in fear, thinking his oxygen tubing is duct tape wrapped around his face. Those few seconds of fear…over and over…

Dr G. said on her show last night, that the duct tape was so tight around Caylee’s skull that her baby teeth were still in place. she said that baby teeth fall out when the body decays, but the duct tape was so tight it held the the jaw closed and they couldn’t fall out.
That, to me, shows how mad Casey was…How brutal Caylee’s death was.

The only person or place that I can see Baez suing would be the people Casey is staying with, they are the ones who violated her privacy/security or her HIPPA rights by releasing the video. But since Casey says she has more pictures and it’s the first of many videos, to me, it sound like she released them and is now lying so she can sue for money. But Casey & Co. needed this release cause she was fading from the spotlight.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that my son Josh’s lung did go into a total lung collapse. While in ER he was given a drug that he is alergic to and he went into cardiac arrest… he was given benedryl and they were able to get his heart rate under control again and reverse the drug reaction. They had to post pone the emergency surgery for the next day and I won’t even go into that nightmare now. Long story short, Josh had his lung repaired and is in recovery. If you have a moment, please say a special prayer for Josh. We would appreciate it.
I will update you soon, when I am around a computer again.
PS: hospital couches are not comfortable for this mom to sleep on, but at least I am next to my son and call for help in his place. Anyway, who ever sleeps in a hospital? I only pray I never hear “code blue” ever again with one of my dearly loved children!
